"Incorrect items sent"
I ordered two conditioners but got one conditioner and a shampoo instead. I filled out the contact form and I'm still waiting for a reply, and it's been over 24 hours now. There’s no email or phone number available for customer support.

I haven't received my items even after sending several follow-up emails. There's no way to get in touch with them, and they've charged me without sending anything. Seriously, don't buy from these folks!

I placed an order for some shampoo. Three days later, I received a refund via PayPal, but there was no explanation provided? That’s pretty rude, honestly. Not sure if I’d want to buy from them again. Plus, it wasn’t exactly cheap!

"Lack of Updates"
I never got my item, and after waiting a week, I had to reach out to find out what was going on since the site still showed my order as processing. It was only after I inquired that I got an email offering a refund, which was nice, but honestly, a bit of communication throughout the process would have been appreciated.

"They grab your money but don’t deliver the items!"
So, the item I ordered still hasn’t shown up, even after I sent two emails to this company!

The first email I got from them was pretty unclear, just said they got my order but I haven’t heard anything since (it’s been almost two weeks, which seems a bit much for sending out some shampoo and conditioner!!!!!)

I’m planning to reach out to my bank for a chargeback as soon as the 21 days are up because it’s obvious I’ve been scammed!

I definitely won't be shopping here again and I really wish I had checked out the other reviews prior to making my purchase. The item never showed up, and after reaching out, I was informed it was lost, which I find hard to believe. I requested a refund but haven't received any response. Super disappointing.

"Incorrect item and unsatisfactory support"
Received the wrong item. I reached out via email twice and got no reply. Really bummed out since I needed it for my trip. I've ordered from them before and had an issue, but they were quick to send a replacement then. This time, though, it's been over a week with no word. I won't be placing another order or suggesting them to anyone.

From the second I stepped in, the customer service was just incredible, and the treatments were top-notch. I really appreciate being pampered like royalty with a delightful cup of tea and some treats, plus the most soothing shampoo experience and a calming head massage from Millie. Nicola worked her magic with my highlights and gave me the best haircut ever. I'm absolutely thrilled with my hair and have already scheduled my appointment for Christmas! 🙂

This was my first time ordering from this site. I purchased a £25 shampoo bottle but ended up with a conditioner instead. I've sent two emails and still haven't heard back. Not pleased at all.
